Privacy Policy

InspireWell4Life ("we", "us") respects your privacy. InspireWell4Life offers ageless wisdom for everyday inspiration — personalised card decks and ebooks (the Aspirational and Life Wisdom series), a monthly membership, and branded editions for organisations. InspireWell4Life is part of a family of wellbeing brands created by Dr Alten du Plessis (alongside FlourishIQ, RunWell4Life and GolfWell4Life), and a sister brand of FlourishTalk, which is the seller and payment processor for our products (the name on your statement). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We process personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and — for visitors in the EU/UK — the GDPR.

1. Information we collect

• Account & order details — your name, email, a securely hashed password (where you have an account), and the name you ask us to personalise a product with.
• Activity — your purchases, the products you unlock, your journaling and the responses you save inside the tools.
• Payment information — handled by our payment providers (below). We do not see or store your full card details.
• Communications — emails you send us and our replies.
• Limited technical data — a login/download session and, if you arrive via an affiliate link, a referral code stored in your browser for 30 days. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

• To process your order, create your personalised product or account, and give you access to what you bought.
• To take payment and send receipts, download links, welcome and renewal emails, and essential notices.
• To respond to enquiries, provide support, improve our products, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Who we share it with

• Payment processing — by FlourishTalk via PayFast (South-African card payments) and Paddle.com (merchant of record for international payments), under their own privacy terms.
• Email delivery — for transactional emails (receipts, download links, notices).
• Hosting — our website and database host.
• Affiliates — if you arrived via a referral, we record only that a referred sale occurred, to calculate commission. We do not share your personal details with affiliates.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. International payments

If you buy from outside South Africa, your payment is processed by Paddle.com as the merchant of record, which handles your payment data and applicable taxes under its own privacy policy.

5. Branded & group editions (B2B)

When an organisation orders personalised copies for its people (a school, university, church, company or team), we process each recipient's name (and email, where the organisation asks us to deliver directly) only to generate and deliver their copy. Rosters are deleted after fulfilment on request, and recipient download links expire automatically.

6. Safety, retention & your rights

We use reasonable measures to protect your information (hashed passwords, time-limited links, restricted access), and keep it only as long as needed for your account/orders or for legal/tax purposes. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information — email support@flourishtalk.co.za.

7. The InspireWell Community & content you post

Membership includes access to The InspireWell Community, a members-only discussion space hosted on this site. If you take part:

• What other members see — your display name, your initials avatar, your optional one-line bio, and anything you post (topics, replies and likes). Your email address and account details are never shown.
• What we store — your community profile, posts, likes, reports you submit, your house-rules acceptance and read markers, kept in our own database separate from your account records. No third-party community platform is involved.
• Moderation — posts may be hidden or removed, and posting privileges paused, where the community house rules are breached.
• Your responsibilities — please don't post personal information about anyone else, and share about yourself only what you're comfortable with other members seeing.
• Your POPIA rights — you may ask us to correct or delete your community profile and posts at any time by emailing support@inspirewell4life.com. Deleting community content does not affect your membership.
