Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InspireWell4Life website, products, membership and tools (the "Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. InspireWell4Life offers ageless wisdom for everyday inspiration — personalised card decks and ebooks (the Aspirational and Life Wisdom series), a monthly membership, and branded editions for organisations. InspireWell4Life is part of a family of wellbeing brands created by Dr Alten du Plessis (alongside FlourishIQ, RunWell4Life and GolfWell4Life), and a sister brand of FlourishTalk, which is the seller and payment processor for our products (the name on your statement). Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Your account & orders

• Provide accurate details and keep any login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Accounts and personalised products are personal to you — don't share logins, downloads or access with people who haven't paid.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country, or have a parent/guardian's consent.

2. What we offer

• Personalised card decks & ebooks from the Aspirational and Life Wisdom series, generated with your name and delivered as time-limited download links.
• Membership, billed each period, with the benefits described on the membership page; cancel any time.
• Branded, group & enterprise editions, where an organisation buys personalised copies for its people, as described on the relevant pages.

3. Pricing & payment

• South-African payments are processed by FlourishTalk via PayFast; international payments via Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable taxes.
• The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Licence & acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own enjoyment and growth. You may not copy, resell, sub-licence, publish or redistribute the content; share your account or downloads; or use the Service unlawfully.

5. The InspireWell Community & your content

Membership includes The InspireWell Community, a members-only discussion space on this site. Content you post there (topics, replies, your display name and bio) remains yours, but is by nature visible to other members — you grant us the permission needed to store and display it within the community. Posting is subject to the community house rules shown on your first visit. We may hide or remove posts and pause or withdraw community access where the rules are breached; that never affects paid access you haven't breached. You can edit a post for 15 minutes after posting, and may ask us to delete your community content at any time per the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, tools, quotations, artwork, designs and branding are owned by InspireWell4Life and its creator, Dr Alten du Plessis (and, where applicable, Stellenbosch University), and are protected by law. A branded edition's own logos and photographs remain the property of the organisation that supplied them.

9. Disclaimers, liability & governing law

We provide the Service "as is" and can't guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product or membership in the 12 months before the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
